Planior works as a cloud service, so you don't need to install it. You just register on our website and start working on budgets right in your browser. Thereby Planior is accessible from any location on any computer or mobile phone connected to the internet.
During a free trial period in Planior you can add one company of any type (Base, Optimal, Corporate). All features of Planior are available, there are some limitations on the number of users and cash accounts. If you buy a paid plan after the end of a free trial, you will be able to continue working with the same company.
You can pay by bank card. We accept payments via payment service Robokassa, so 24 payment methods are available for you including bank cards, digital wallets, payment kiosks and others. Also bank transfer is available for companies.
Yes, we accept payments by bank transfer and provide with invoices for accounting. In your Planior profile you fill in your company details. Then after you buy a pricing plan the system will generate proforma invoice for bank transfer (pdf). Your Planior account will be activated after receiving of payment.
Standard pricing plan includes 1 entity, 1 bank account (checking) and unlimited cash accounts. If you want more entities and accounts, you need to buy extra options for your standard plan. You will have separate budgets for every entity and company budget consolidated by all entities with elimination of intercompany transactions.
If you worked with Planior for a while and then decided that you need more advanced pricing plan - please send a message to our support team, we will help you. It will require to transform your current company to more advanced type and to buy a new pricing plan. Your account will be propated for the time remaining on the initial plan.
All Planior data is stored on servers within secure data-centers. The traffic is protected by 256 bit encryption. We follow strict privacy policy and take security measures to protect user data. Any moment you can delete your company from Planior account with all financial data.
